Manufacturer's Description:
Shaun was looking for a boot that, once you were in felt as if you had the support of a snowboard boot/binding combo, yet contoured around the rider's leg with an elastic overlay system. We researched several versions of a stiffer back and came up with the two-part EVA heel that overall is nearly twice as thick for a firmer fit on the six year running High Back.

High Back Features:
  • New rigid back

  • Adjustable top strap for more support on lower leg

  • Ockham dual density footpad - a more orthotic shape

  • Elastic Option 2 strap gives a rider greater heel hold down

  • 15 degree molded brace shapes around the rider's heel for a more secure fit

  • Heel bumps - Scott's favorite tunes

  • Heel material - stiffer and more supportive

  • Toe material - softer molding around the rider's foot

Pros: great ankle support
Cons: back of binding dose not stay on your ankle

I love this binding it is easy to get in, it has great ankle support and heel hold down. The only thing that I dont like about this binding is that when you are on toe side the back brace stays in place and there is a gap between your ankle and the back brace.

Pros: Great Support, easy to get in
Cons: ...I love them

I have nothing bad to say about the bindings. The one's wakeboardbum probably was using were too big. I got mine, what I consider very tight, I've loosened them up and now they are perfect. Comfy and I don't get cramps in them...feet cramps...not those cramps...I don't get those cramps...
