Pros: the feel of wood, concave
    Cons: nothing

I'm a big fan of wood on a wakeskate. I think cassette does it right and makes a great product. The 41" is a great size for me and most people on the boat. I like the concave with it and have not had any issues with it warping or cracking. I also prefer grip tape to foam and like the feeling better. Go grab a cassette and have some fun out there.
