Manufacturer's Description:
The 3060 is named after a place where the vision for several Hyperlite products was born. That spirit brought our original freeride Universal series, wakeskates, the Landlock, and of course the original lave design in bindings. At the time the 3060 was being developed more supportive boots meant a more difficult entry and exit. We set out to create a new boot that relied both on the overlay and the interlocking lace to eliminate this problem. The 3060 weighs less, gives the rider more freedom for adjustment and more water time.
3060 Features:
Stiffer - supportive heel material
Softer - conforming toe material
Original quick cinch rear entry lace
Form Fit Overlay with an improved fit and edge control
Independent toe overlay allows the rider to adjust to their preference

Pros:
|
Great beginer to intermetiate
|
Cons:
|
|
|
These are extreemly comfortable bindings for the beginner or intermetiate rider. Super comfortable and easy to get on and out of. I do not recomend these bindings to advanced or heavy riders because of the foot bed is not think enough. And on big airs your heel will take a beating.

I liked the bindings.. they were great. very supportive. the kept me from falling on some squirrely landings. good for begginer to intermediate. pretty comfy but my front foot kept falling asleep. I need to adjust the toe overlay i think. VERY easy entry. but the exit is a bitch at first but starts to get real easy. for binding lube you can get some 88cent suave shampoo at wally world and mix it with some water in a spray bottle. works great.

these are a great binding if you are going to share with anybody ells i would go with the 03 splits, that is what i had before i returned them for the 03 3060, they form better to your feet, very confy, and can be sinched down very tight, entry and exit are very easy too, i highly recomend these

Comfy

I destroyed them

I got these binding a month ago, they were comfortable and fit well. But yesterday I landed and riped the screws for the ankle strap through the bottom of the binding. It wasn't even a hard landing, maybe mine were defective, but watch out.

Pros:

held me in alright
|
Cons:
|
bindings hard to get into, don't support like a pro binding
|
|
The bindigns were a good beginner-intermediate set, however once I jumped into a pair of Byerly's (2005) I quickly felt the difference between a pro and mid level. Decient support, laces on back dont always stay as tight as you want them to
