  • 2008 Trip 134 Wakeboard

  • Product Description Trip 134 Wakeboard:

The original multi-fin wakeboard keeps on rocking! The newly updated design has taken the best of the original Trip and added modern day advancements which make this rocket ship wakeboard a blast for anyone to ride! When the Trip wakeboard was first introduced to the public at the '97 X-Games, it changed the face of wakeboard design forever. Every wakeboard designed since then has grown from this simple foundation of multiple fins. This new Trip is a modernized version of the classic... built for speed, and made for fun!

    Product Features Trip 134 Wakeboard:

  • Variable Edge Rail- rolled edge through midsection becoming sharper as it moves towards the tips--- forgiving, catch-free through middle, hard cutting and fast off the tail.
  • DISC hull- Double Inside Single Concave --- softens landings and maintains board speed.
  • Modern Bat Tail- Fuller than the original for more lift off the tail of the board and tucked in tips for quick transitions.
  • Aggressive, continuous rocker- Smooth, fluid carves with a high arcing pop.
  • Low Volume Rails- Faster on edge, deeper hold in turns.
  • Molded In Warped Long Based Side Fins- Superior tracking hold with minimum drag and slider strong.

Pros: Great Ride, Smooth Pop, Solid Edge, Decent Weight
Cons: Graphic is a little 'boring.'

Fun to ride. My first wakeboard with good technology and a lighter weight. When I first took this board off the dock, I loved the way it felt. So easy to ride and so smooth. My first jump popped me nice and high and easily over the wake. I can clear toeside much easier than I used to (we're talking 17 ft. outboards here), and it lands very well. I would recommend the product, however I have not ridden very many boards and do not have much to compare this to.
This year I hope to take it upside down and land 3's. We'll see how that goes and I will post after the season is fully underway.
