Description:
After 13 different Hyperlite freeride shapes and years working with the Hyperlite design team Murray knows exactly what he is looking for in speed, edge control, air, and release. He's always been aware of every characteristic in his pro model, which is the reason why Fluid, Murray, Belmont and now Temet boards have been Hyperlite's most universal high-end shapes.
The foundation of the Hyperlite team, Shaun took all of his favorite qualities into a new shape that rewards switch riding. One end of the board comes with two center molded-in fins and the two detachable fins are closer to the rail of the board. This end reacts quicker, offers stronger carves, and more overall stability. The other end has two detachable fins that are further away from the rail of the board and subtle molded fins on the outside for mellower transitioned turns.
Shaun also designed ten distinct asymmetrical speed channels flowing through the belly of the board, which quickens up the ride through a turn and into the wake. These channels combined with four shallower detachable and molded-in fins allow for an even amount of pressure throughout the entire board. This has always been the key to Murray's freeride feel.
Features:
- 2.7" Continuous Rocker - A quicker, more predictable transition up the wake every time.
- Step Down Rail - A moderate rail makes the board sit slightly lower on the water.
- Center Beam - Helps push the water away from the bottom for buttery smooth landings.
- Asymmetric Speed Channels - Quicker initiated carves for a faster ride.
- Two 0.25" Deep Molded Fins - These fins help stomp landings more consistently and aid the overall traction.
- Four 0.8" P-Wing Machined Aluminum Fins - Provide the general grip and aid pressure through the entire board.

This board is awesome! I have only ridden it a few times, but they were some of my best runs ever. It is lighter than other boards and it just kicks ass...If u can afford it, buy it. It is way better than the 2004 biolite temet and byerly
