Pros: price, ease of entry, versatility
Cons: grippy tongue, fwd slippage on landings

HUGE step up from velcro across the foot basics yet none of the water-time wasted with lube and getting people to stand on the board while you rip the hair outta your feet.

Love the canted squishy footbed, love the ease of tightening it up. Easiest in the water - just pull at the 1/2 way point with your hands, then pull the toggle tight and cinch.

Cons: I'd like some way to cinch the midpoint tighter - over the arch of the foot (like the 2nd strap on snowboard bindings) so I could keep my foot from sliding forwards on landings without cranking it all so hard.

The tongue is grippy, so you do have to get it wet and loosen the laces to slide them on.

Laces are stiff when new

Pros:
One binding fits my 15 year old neighbor and my 210 lb friend.

1 minute from driving to sliding.

Cushy landings, ankle support,
absolutely NO binding flex at the board (heel or toe lift), and I've never ejected (so far).

Really easy to cinch after they break in. Two tugs and I'm 'ready'.

Me: size 10.5, narrow foot so i got the next smaller size - but it fits great, . May upgrade to Alphas once a friend gets a board with Elements.

Pros: VERY COMFORTBALE , I Like the base of the boot a lot to just the overall feeling of it is awesome.
Cons: I would much rather have velcro. The clip falls off a lot and doesnt stay tight.

Worth all the money you paid for.
