Description: This is the boat with the famous SV23 wake hull. Malibu first introduced this hull in a vdrive in 1996 and it went on to become the hull for the first Wakesetter boats through 2004 and then the Vride boats through 2008. Above the rub rail the design changes during these years but below where the wake making happens this is the design a generation of riders dominated with.
Quick stats:
- V drive
- Monsoon fuel injected engine
- Long block replaced in 2009 and has approx 300 hours since replacement
- Rest of the boat has ~1,050 hours
- Full integrated ballast with dash controls for the center sac and two rear sacs for a total ~1,100 pounds.
- 4 blade prop
- two battery setup
- upgraded 105 amp alternator
- Bimini top
- Skylon tuna tower
- 3 wakeboard racks
- Tower speaker based stereo system. Two kicker tower speakers (can easily hear while riding), kicker L7 sub, kicker amps, etc. No deck, 3mm jack only (I use ipod/iphone)
- transom shower (needed a new impeller when I bought the boat but since I never use the shower I never changed it)
- USCG seating capacity of 10
- Two boat covers. 1)full size boat cover as well as 2) snap on bow and cockpit covers
Boat has been used in salt water with Salt Away used after every use and the boat is washed down after every use.

- rear sun deck vinyl has stains
- rear bench seat has a few small tears in the back and single larger one while the seat bottom is split along the center seam
- Front bow seats have some stains
- no perfect pass
I have owned this boat and maintained it with one objective in mind. World class wake on a budget. Anything not central to the rider being towed in back I didn't focus on. That is why it throws a mean wake runs good but won't win too many points in the style department.

Currently sits on a 2006 Extreme trailer. This trailer made a NorCal house boat trip over the summer but due to years of salt water use a new trailer is recommended.
