Description: The boat is a 2001 210 Nautique.
The tower looks just like the stock, but the upper part has been rebuilt to make it stiffer and 4 inches taller so there is less chances of hitting the head when you install speakers. The tower mounted mirror is easy to see and allows you to fold the tower, not like some of the stock Nautiques.
The ballast is the typical 3 units, with two hard tanks in the back (70 gall or almost 600 lbs) so you can put life vests and other things on top of the tanks without worrying about it. It has a 650 lb sac (FlyHigh W705) in the locker. Total of over 1200 lbs of ballast vs the 830 from the stock ballast. It is all out of view and operated with a few simple buttons on the dash. It is all using centrifugal pumps, that draw little power, are very fast, can run dry without damage and are cheap and easy to replace, but you'll have to replace them much less often than the slower reversible impeller pumps. no maintenance needed.
The engine is a Ford 351W by PCM, used on thousands of inboards, known for being trouble free, reliable, cheap to maintain and more fuel efficient than the 350 on many other boats. It only has about 340 hours (I am still using the boat so I can't give an exact number) that is equivalent to less than 17,000 miles on a car, so it is almost new, I have meticulously maintained it, and before me it had been maintained by a dealer.
There is a Perfect Pass Wakeboard Digital Pro installed on the boat too, so it makes driving a pleasure.
The transmission is a PCM, with more than twice the clutches of the Velvet Drive and the v-drive is a Walters, used on a lot of commercial boats, so it is almost bulletproof.
Trailer is a typical Ram-Lin with torsion bar suspension, single axle.
The sound comes from a Clarion deck and six speakers, four on the main deck and two on the bow.
The upholstery is in very good condition very few tears, and they are small and out of view, and the hull is in very good shape, with very few scratches for a 7 year old boat. It shines like new.
I will offer warranty and free maintenance (oil changes, inspection, etc) for the rest of this summer, so you have peace of mind. The boat is at my house in Bryan/College Station. My e-mail is alalor1@yahoo.com
As everybody knows, the best part of the 210 is the wake, and this one is better than stock because of the ballast. The wake is very clean, steep and firm. A pleasure to ride behind.
Boat has a clear title and is registered in Texas 'till 2009!
